Slendrina's husband is kept in a crate in the attic jail in Grandpa's house. The player must shoot the red button through the jail bars with the shotgun or stun gun and then use the cutting pliers on the chains/locks to open the crate.

Extreme is one of the five difficulty options in Granny. It was added to Granny in Version 1.3, and is currently the hardest mode in the game, as it changes various gameplay aspects of Granny.
