Football Club Internazionale Milano, commonly referred to as Internazionale (pronounced [internattsjonale]) or simply Inter, and colloquially known as Inter Milan in English-speaking countries, is an Italian professional football club based in Milan, Lombardy.

As you may be aware, "Inter Milan" are only really known as such in the English-speaking world. Indeed, the club's full registered name is "Football Club Internazionale Milano," or just "Internazionale" for short.
